With all this cross system stuff they're showing off (Windows and Xbox One) I wonder how they will handle Xbox Live? I guess you'll have to have it if you want to play online kinda like the way they did it back with GFWL a while back? Maybe they'll mention it in the next few days and give more details.

No, already said ages back (as in weeks/months, not during this conference) that you don't need live to do multiplayer from pc.
