This conference just feels like MS tripling down on the same software direction that isn't working. Where are the new AAA IP's?

My thoughts too. I was hoping it would have some new IPs for it (that are exclusive that is). Granted new games across the board are good but the consoles are good for exclusives in my opinion (I might be living in the past with that mindset).
