Dying at those Gas Guzzlers AI names. How have I never heard of this game before?

What does 4k downsampled mean? I'm a total noob with these terms aha
The render quality in the top one is magnificent, really a step up from the previous game, but the outdoor environments like in the bottom image look the same as in the previous game (not your fault!), or this just me?
Still looking forward to it (missed the code handouts on twitter by hatti, damn!), hopefully the game isn't as dull in the end as the first one though.

Those look great, how did you get rid of the outlines
Basically you take a 4K resolution (3840x2160) and shrink it down to a lower one like for example 1080p.
The result is you get much less aliasing due to having more pixels.
How's it done? And why?
Thanks
Think of it like this: open a screenshot in paint and resize it. The image will become smaller, but there will be less jaggies.
So you're taking a higher resolution and shrinking it down. Downsampling is basically the same thing except your GPU is going it in real time.
Why? Well like I said you get less aliasing. So it's basically anti-aliasing.
If you're wondering how to do it:
For AMD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KlzwXRXaX2Y
For Nvidia: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=isALzFmYjV8
(You have to select the resolution in game after doing this)
With all due respect, do you really think this thread is helped with a shot like that? You can do better than thatCall of Duty: Advanced Warfare

Put in some effort, we all do (well, most of us do). Taking a screenshot is more than just hitting the key which snaps the framebuffer.
