It took me over a year to finally finish the game. I enjoyed the atmosphere and dialogue, but was puzzled by the constant hitches on the Pro. I had to reload the game once, because its visuals went all hazy, like I was looking through a bottle.

Thanks! And yep, Shadows of Mordor has a nice Photomode, seeing your shots I think you would like it. And the game is decent, a bit shallow maybe, the best part is outside the missions in the emergent gameplay of the Captains, Warchiefs and the Nemesis system.

Yep, the WD2's world is incredibly detailed, I think many spots in the game are accurate to the real SF as seen in the WD2 vs reality video made by Gamespot :
