It doesn't enhance anything; it really looks that good. You can do certain things you couldn't normally do in gameplay, like change the field of view or adjust the depth of field, but it's all in real time and you're not getting things like improved AA or better draw distance (looking at you, DriveClub).
 
Took some pretty good shots from Zelda.

But it's from late game.... From one of the last fights against Calamity Ganon.

Is it OK to post here? Or its to soon?

Nope, game looks as clean in game that it's ridiculous.
