So far nothing says "upgrade or invest in an XB1X" that really should be a big focus.

It is a large collection of games where the new hardware isn't where most copies are going to be sold. Maybe they should have told first party teams to make new exclusive games, and let third parties keep making Xbone games since that combined userbase with PS4 won't be replaced for years. There's no "Xbox 360 for offline gamers" moment, but nothing rousing either. Just your average ass press conference that happens to be taking place in a hardware launch year, which is really weird.
