Unfortunately no I don't have it compiled. You need to download the Unreal Engine 5 and then go to the marketplace and download this tech demo, named Electric Dreams Environment Sample (60GB if I remember correctly).
Be aware that the demo is very heavy, you can see my framerate on the top right corner and this is with a 4090, 13700K and 32Gb DDR5 on the cinematic preset, native resolution @1440p.
It use Lumen and Nanite, which are both pretty impressive in real time honestly. The fact that you can't notice any LOD - except the AO appearing at something like 250 meters - is also very nice.

Started playing Anno 1800. The attention to detail is staggering. Very demanding game, even on a high-end PC, it struggles a lot, for good reason tho. Wish it had better AA than the very demanding MSAA.
