This looks fun and comes out in January, even though the vehicle physics will likely be very simple.

But yeah, backlog month to finish some things before Yakuza in February.

Backlogg

Picked up DK Bananza, Age of Imprisonment and Mario Kart World yesterday, along with a Switch 2

Still knee deep in Tears of the Kingdom, which is probably going to stay in my main rotation for a while

I'm interested in Pathologic 3 (remake of a remake, or an entirely new game?)

New game will be Code Violet. And continue playing GT7 and BF6. I had a great year 2025 of gaming with Sh 2 remake and DS2.

Me and some buddies are gonna try out Highguard.

Don't have high hopes, but if they can get the movement and gunplay to feel somewhat like Apex Legends and Titanfall it could probably be fun for some time.

Other than that, it will be backlog for me.

Backlog. Most likely KCD2 or Borderlands 4. If DS2 comes out on PC soon, maybe that. Been kinda dry for past few months - been replaying games I really liked from a few years ago (e.g. RE4R, Returnal, Ori) that I told myself I would replay in the future back when I first played. I'm considering selling my Quest 3 as I haven't used it for more than a few hours in 2025 after using it for about 15 in 2024 (Batman) - would give Half Life Alyx one more go through just because.

Nothing but backlog until Requiem arrives. FF7 Remake on S2 is tempting because it seems like such a quality port and I want to support it but I already played it not long ago.

Backlog but the big game of January is high guard. Either a lot of us are eating crow or it'll be the new concord meme galore.

Can't wait!

Easy to see why you like Expedition 33 so much when you haven't played this one yet. 🤷‍♂️
NGL I'm scared it might be so good it ruins E33 for me forever. Hope I can wrap my gaijin dudebro brain around this masterpiece

nah I got the original SNES one on release day and it's got some serious nostalgia for me.. plus it replaced Metroid Prime 4 on my wish list

Not committed to any story based singleplayer just yet. But it will likely be Expedition 33 or Avatar From the Ashes edition.

Will continue playing:
Anno: Pax Romana
Flight Sim 2024
Battlefield 6
Gran Turismo 7

Endfield once it releases on Jan 22. I've already put 25 hours into the beta but I'm going to stop since progress doesn't carry over to the full release. Other than that, it's backlog and stuff I already have in my rotation.
