Hey, guess what VH1, almost every song you have on this show can't even be categorized as metal, which is why they're very "un-metal" to begin with.

I guess I'll give one example of this:

They said the Guns N Roses song "Estranged" is an awesomely bad metal song because it has: a 3 minute piano solo, Axl swimming with dolphins in the video, and heart-broken lyrics with Axl "Trying to find himself."

Guess what, jerkasses; If it envolved all those things, it obviously isn't a metal song, so why compare it to the "Metal criteria?"

Just because Appetite for Destruction was a metal album doesn't mean that Use Your Illusion 2 is..

VH1's little list and countdown specials are pretty entertaining most of the time, lately though, the shows are just sounding more and more lame and bitter. Even the crappy B-list celebs seem kinda out of it now. Alot of the songs that are on those lists aren't even bad and are some of the most beloved songs ever. When I saw that one special where they were picking apart all the supposed most unsexy songs I was ready to kick my tv in. Damn near all the songs they dissed were great and got many-a-brotha laid.

.......and what was up with "100 Most Metal Moments"? Ozzy bitting the bats head off totally should have been #1. What the hell were they thinking?
