I have put on about 15 lbs. since last summer... I now weigh 210 lbs. and feel like crap... I don't look like have put on weight... I have really put on the weight in my titties and love handles...

So thank god I start playing basketball tonight... 3 hours of running and gunning...

I need to get my 5'11" body down to 195 lbs. - Plus I plan on changing the diet a little, or I can just start puking food like the freaks in Hollywood.

Im 6'3" 200lbs and no one has ever told me that i should gain weight. In fact, i think i should loose a few pounds. I think 6'3" 185lbs would be my ideal weight.

I'm around there, 6'0" and 205lbs. Time to hang a slice of pizza from a string in the front of my treadmill. :)

I am 6'2" and 166 lbs. I need to gain wait like mad (more like gain muscle, but you get the idea). I play flag football every weekend with my friends, keeps me in shape, as does basketball every other day.

By the way... If I was 6'4", I would probably be in the NBA and at 34 be in my prime... and probably traveling with my 6th. team in 5 years... they keep moving me before the playoffs to contending teams... I do what I can to help them win the ring!

I'm 6'2", ~180 pounds. I've been hitting the gym for 2 years, I and haven't put on any notable weight those two years while making gains. Quite frankly, I prefer it that way. I don't think I'd ever want to weigh much more than 190.

I play soccer (footbul!) with THREE groups right now.

1. an outdoor semi-professional league
2. an indoor (artificial turf) summer league
3. in a gym with friends

They just happen to overlap right now (1. is ending soon) so I'm limping from one to the next. In the least, though, I haven't been in such good shape in five years.

But my dad was telling me to join a summer baseball team instead, since he thinks I'm overloading on soccer. But fuck it. I could play seven days a week if my body allowed it.

I'm pretty thin (roughly 6'1, 165), but I've returned to the gym recently and gotten a little bigger. I just need to keep it up. I'd almost rather be heavy-set since working down is easier (physically) than working up (which might have a mental advantage).

I'm 6'4 210 and I look pretty big thanks to a large frame and weight lifting. Not fat, just big. 33 inch waist.

The best way to lose weight is with a decent amount of running and weight lifting. Now I know I have a good matabolism at my age, but I lost a good amount of weight and gained a good amount of muscle just by doing that for a few weeks.

A good diet is essential. You have to know what to eat and how much to eat.

I'm just under 6'3" and about 235 pounds. But with my frame and build I'd probably look rail thin at 200. I figure I should lose about ten though. :D

Dont worry, you'll put it on soon enough. It took me a while to fill out my large frame (6-8). I was at 170 when I graduated. I've now filled out to anywhere between 265 to 280lbs depending on my conditioning at the time.

NLB2-
How are you 6'4 215 and in need of weight?
If 6'4 210 and I look perfect, if not a bit big. Another 10 or 15 would cause me to look chunky where I have an athletic/muscular build right now.

I'm nearly 6'3 and I've bounced between 210-230 the past several years. I look pretty good at 210 and pretty chunky at 230

About 5'10'' and going on 145 pounds. I've been putting on the pounds lately, but I'm still a fairly skinny guy. Wear size 32 pants with a belt. Dunno, I honestly enjoy being thin.

Because I often get overpowered when wrestling with people bigger than me. More weight = harder to be pushed around and (if the weight is muscle) easier to push around.
