Enjoy the first story trailer for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, the upcoming first-person single-player horror game from developer Stormind and publisher Saber Interactive that's inspired by the movies of the same name. You play as Alex, an asthmatic college student trying to survive the end of the world with her boyfriend Martin.

That scene in the van looked extremely weak, but other than that looks promising. Maybe I'm not sure if I want to play as an "asthmatic college student" who just got pregnant, but we'll see how annoying that will be.

It could (should) have the potential to be as good as Alien Isolation (but with haptic feedback and trigger effects)

Love the movies and this has huge potential.

Doing the pregnancy is lazy if they're just gonna have you birth the baby; that's literally the third act of the first movie. Hopefully they take it somewhere more interesting, like a miscarriage from some narrative-related damage and they explore the emotional damage from that.
