I have a semester long accounting assignment due at 1:30 in the afternoon.

I am maybe 50% complete.

See where im going with this?

Time to put on the kettle. Again.

Anyone else here do such suicidal acts such as these? Constantly? Im going to be so fucked up when i get home from zero sleep that ill probably sleep for a good 16-or so hours. My eyes are weighing me down already.

I used to do a ton of all nighters... sometimes twice in a row... ahh, the good ol' days.

During the summer, I had 4 exams in 7 days. I literally locked myself away from any source of distraction for 2 weeks. During those 2 weeks I did about 6 all nighters and the rest were 18-20 hours of near constant revision. Those were probably the worst 2 weeks of my life, since I don't drink coffee or anything like that to keep me awake.

I managed to get an overall B in the end, so it was worth it!

Waiting to the last minute to do an assignment gives a feeling of achievement. It also almost always ensures that you are going to try and hold off longer next time.

I live for that stuff. I love the stress and adrenaline of doing all nighters and overcoming those feats. I did it on purpose all the time. Remind me of a coding class i had in college, we would have one week to do an assignement. I started working on them at around 2pm while eating something and browsing gaming-age. I would be done at around 5pm, just enough time to eat a slice of pizza and playing football with the guys. Class was at 6pm.

I got 90%,95%, 89% and 100% on my assignements

I was very irretable.

Heh good old all-nighters.. doing one currently as well, plan to get through all my backlog anime episodes that I haven't bothered to watch.. then have to drive to fiance to Uni then I might sleep for awhile.

I never ever cramed or pulled an all nighter reading or writing in english. I have however pulled many an all-nighter writing code. I wonder why that is? Must be some weird brain thing were writing code is more stimulating. Could just be attitude too, as with other courses I always just figured fuck it I'll wing it and bullshit my way through. It's hard to bullshit code.

I'm just about to go to sleep after an all-nighter last night.

Had a journalism article due at 12pm today and I needed to get it done. I had a minor panic attack when my ADSL went down at 4am, but it was only down an hour. I pulled off the assignment, felt good, and ended up staying awake till 2am tonight. I think I have an addiction to the stress of last minute work.

Well, its almost 4:30 and ive pretty much conceded that i will not finish this by 1:30. May i learn from such an experience heh.

To make matters worse, there is so much shit here thats got me confused and considering the hour, its bloody hard to get past.

On the positive side, the assignment is all statements and figures so i can get marked for what ive done atleast.

Anyone on now that knows accounting? Otherwise im gonna just do the stuff i know and totally avoid the confusing parts.

Last fall semester I was doing one or two a week. My body became so used to it that it was easy, but once I fell off that schedule with winter break, there was no going back.

Last week was my last one, partying all night and watching lots of movies. Around 8 in the morning I had cereals with beer, which at that time seemed a great combination.

haha, commish, your avatar rocks! Anyway, yeah, I've done a few over the summer. Unless you consider 5-6am an all nighter. Then I did it almost 50% of the time over the summer. But yeah, when I work with my dad over the weekend at a flea market he leaves at 4 or 5 so i just never go to sleep. Did it like 5 times

heh I pulled an all-nighter yesterday. I was supposed to study chemistry but ended up refreshing GAF for DS and PSP news. >__>

I'm going to study for a few more hours now, go to my chemistry lab at 6 pm to pick up the next lab's document and get the fuck out of there-- there's no way I'm staying 3 hours in a lab tonight. I'll sleeeeeeeeeeeeep and take the midterm tomorrow morning. I also have math homework.. ugh.
