Kind of a toss-up. I like the use of color better on the Japanese boxart. It's just a little bit classier.

Hmmm.... they both look pretty good... but the US one is a bit faded comparatively... and the angle on the F14 on the JP box looks better. Although the US boxart gets a plus with the aircraft carrier.

I'd go with the JP box art; but either would be fine.
