Action replay on demo disks.

This might sound really dumb, but then again, it is me.

Would it be possible for someone to create Action Replay codes for demo disks? Codes exist for the OoT/MQ games, afterall.

It would seemingly not be worth anyone's time to do this, but it still would be interesting. Some interesting AR codes include the test levels from Wind Waker and the Sadler cows from Resident Evil 4. But I always wondered what one could do if a code removed the time limit from the Wind Waker demo. Could any unintended content be unlocked in other games? Other modes? (even if these were buggy)

Its easy if you have a moded PS2. Harder if you dont. Using hex editors you can create some very interesting "codes"

Without risking my neck i would just say look around the net. This might not be the best place to ask.

Yeah, it's dumb, but funny. Some guy just played around with various elements. The 2 gigante code was my favorite.

I have the RE4 trial edition (owned the real game too, beat it three times) and I've always wanted to see if there were action replay codes for the demo.

Absolutely. The problem lies in that demo disks are multi-dol disks, so hooking the initial .dol file to load codes is lost when the game .dol is written. Currently there isn't an available guide to making multi-.dol (m) codes (certain GCN AR code makers know how to do it, though), and the available code making tools only give you single line (i.e. single .dol) master codes. Therefore, there is only spotty representation of AR codes for GCN demo/bonus disks.
