Well, this is what Fry's/Outpost does - they buy ungodly huge amounts of every new game at a discount and pass the savings on. If you can find a better price on release day, buy it..

And I think he's bitching because $24.99 is suddenly not a great deal if you have to spend more than 5 bucks on shipping. Particularly since it's a Nintendo-published title and will almost certainly average at retail for $29.99
