Ghost of yoti Dual katana Gameplay

Damn, the more they show, the more impatient i get. Slashing through those poor minions will be satisfying as hell. Dual-wielding is admittedly impractical, but it always looks so badass.
How satisfying can it be to kill enemies that don't even move or look in your direction?

Not bad ass enough. Needs less visual noise (sound is for the weak, like Jin) and a third katana coming out of her pussy.

Something I hope they add in this 2nd one is a customisable difficulty page where you can control enemy aggression, health and incoming player damage.

Once you had a proper "build" going and a lot of upgrades even Hard wasnt quite hard enough in terms of aggression and incoming damage, considering how easy it was to kill them and how much you coule heal.

Some small tweaks to make them more aggressive and for me to have a little less health would be perfect, worse case Hard does it well enough tho.

The difficulty above Hard is totally useless to me because the enemies die too quickly, you dont get to pull off nice combos on them, I found it boring. Also I dont wanna die in like 2 hits when I'm maxed out, thats a bit much imo.

Personally, I don't think anything is scripted. They're not devoting any programming to these ads. They're paying someone who used to make gifs on GAF and REE to just record his gameplay and upload it with zero edits. Marketing cost, almost $0.

Yeah tbf I suppose the dog + enemy AI waiting could just be how the game works, I never paid too much attention in the first one cause I was too busy chopping the first guy.

Wasn't meaning to put the game down or anything (y)

Modern AAA games are just looking more and more questionable. Almost doesn't matter the studio. We still get some good/decent ones thankfully, but many do invoke a feeling of.... "This is what you were doing this whole time?"

Where did the money and time go? Lol.

Woman samurai never existed. No such thing.
It's a fictional video game, lol.

That would be a great addition, but i doubt it will happen.

Pretty funny watching people who supposedly "love" the first games gameplay having to twist themselves into a pretzel to pretend this looks bad for politics points lol.

It's just Tsushima again. Feels like nothing is new. Adding 4 weapons doesn't really innovate after so many people have played AC or Nioh.
It's just.... bland.
Well, about that I agree, and it's a weakness I see a lot with Sony Studios AAA recently, SM Miles Morales and 2, GoW Ragnarok, and now Tsushima yes. :(

Yeah I won't buy the game but I think it looks great. Graphics are not very impressive but the gameplay looks good and I know I would probably enjoy it a lot. It's a shame that the developer behind the game is okay with murdering people that dont agree with their values

The sad thing is that we will probably see all these assets re-recycled again in 4 or 5 years into another Ghost game.

Like Ghost of Hokkaido, the story of a fierce, strong and independent female Sumo fighter that, using only her overwhelming corpulence as a weapon, has to destroy a criminal organisation to rescue her kidnapped lover.

For a big-budget studio to create something truly refreshing is like reinventing the wheel. At this point, it's largely the indie developers' responsibility.

The first games gameplay is good, not great. This will be a great game I believe. They will have learnt a lot from the first game and it will undoubtedly look beautiful.

I think a lot of people's issues is that there is simply not enough of a "generational" leap here. That's my main issue. It just looks like a late PS4 game or an early PS5 generation game. It doesn't equate to where we are in actual time and space.

I am completely whelmed is what I think I'm trying to say. Looks good, not enough to warrant a day one for me. Will 100% play at some point.

Incredible how buggy and unpolished this looks. I'm baffled how SP can't get it to look better in a controlled environment like these trailers. It looks like a live on stage demonstration of a game in pre alpha stage at best. I just can't understand... is this really coming in this hot?

if your combat system is this shallow, you can't really make it look good.
it's just canned combos and semi-automated targeting. not much you can do there, as you have so little control over what's happening

It's because far more devs have focused 60fps on console compared to last gen resulting in a smaller visual leap. No doubt GTA6 will be 30 and knock everyones socks off.

Why do they keep showing combat? Everytime they show combat it looks bad. Why not show more of the game world and living villages and conversations and exploration and skill upgrades?
"Look how braindead our AI system is! Where you can finish off 10 guys under one minute"

I dont know what they're thinking. This isnt a character action game.

Wait why all the hate for the game ? It still looks cool to play, no ? Is that because of the girl from this studio who laughed at the guy who've been killed in USA ?
Most of the hate seems to be stemming from that. I don't agree with violence in any form even when it comes to some podcaster that spews nonsense.

Honestly I'm tired of both sides engaging in Cancel Culture and accusing each other of violence. Too many people on both sides seem to want to make every single thing in life political and I'm getting real sick of it all.

For me I'm here to try and enjoy discussion on games and not to hate on them.

Charlie was a bit more than "some podcaster spewing nonsense"

He built a $100+ million dollar empire

Regardless of that 1 stupid dev lady, this game looks like ass and looks as if it's a downgrade in everyway from GOT

So she's got my abilities than the first. Im thinking ill be overpowered about afew hours into the game.

Do we at least know if enemies are improved/better. You know, compared to the 5 types we had in 1.

Looking forward to this. Love the atmosphere in the first one, and although this looks kinda like a DLC, i'm ready for some more of this stuff.

Miserable. Low hanging fruit, zero innovation.

"Wow you got a wolf buddy that attacks enemies", man fuck off with this shit.
