Aerobed lifespan and costoc return question.

Long story short, due to certain reason I need to give my mom my mattress and box frame for her to sleep in and we bought an aerobed from costco for my use temporily bed in august. https://www.costco.com/aerobed-comfort-lock-twin-air-mattress.product.100469775.html Roughtly 2 month later, i found the bed deflat pretty badly after sleeping in it for a few hours so we send up a costco.com exchange thinking it is defective.

Now roughtly 2 month later again the bed deflate pretty bedly when i am sleepign on it overnight. Would costco let me exchange it again? I am trying to id the issue, is there a leak or the secondary pump stop working.

Costco's return policy is almost bulletproof, especially if it's defective. Air mattresses are a bit iffy at some retailers over the holidays but I doubt Costco is going to throw a stink over it, they just pass the cost on to the supplier.

I've returned two couches to Costco after a year or so of use before. One broke because a <200 lbs man sat on it too hard and the other just was never comfortable and my wife hated it. No questions asked beyond that.

I've seen people return dead trees still in the plastic bottom. If you don't plant in ground they will die. Costco had no issue with the return.
