Nice to see SOME kind of new details here, some cool info in the achievements. But man, I hope we get everything soon and it's worth the wait! At this point, I'd imagine they're just gonna wait for the Summer Game Fest, or round-abouts.

Warner Brothers Upfront is tomorrow. There will be legendary announcements there for AEW. The game will probably also be mentioned.

It's pretty awful. The character customization is embarrassingly bad and while it tries to emulate the old aki games it just doesn't feel right as successor or as it's own thing. Honestly just about any other wrestling game is more worth the money at this point.

Good enough for $10. The game is completely forgettable. Don't believe the hype about it being a spiritual successor to the AKI games. It's not.
Wait for Ultra Pro Wrestling if that's what you want (assuming it releases)

Core gameplay is solid. The lack of match types, barebones customization, and dated roster really drag it down.

It is the best wrestling game on Switch. Which isn't saying much. But it was honestly a first good attempt by AEW.

It's a fine game on it's own, but I played for a couple of hours and forgot it's existence. If you absolutely have to play a wrestling game for AEW, then you can play it. But, I would honestly just buy WWE 2K25 and download the AEW roster that way. It's more up to date than that one anyway.
