I'm really hyped for this. I hope there are more combat mini-puzzle types than just the 'connect the dots' type, but otherwise I'm all in on this. Hope it's a real tearjerker too, story-wise.

Really difficult for me to grasp the how the combat will feel. I do like the puzzle aspect quite a bit, but it's easy to digest on video. Feels like it could become too hectic and a bit cluttered when you also have to dodge and do lots of other stuff simultaneously.

It's a very interesting game though. Hoping for the best!

The puzzle Is really just a combo you have to perform to stagger enemies.

Some of you just see an elementary-level interaction in addition to mindless blasting and quickly yell "WHAT IS THIS A SCHOOL ASSIGNMENT?!" .

The game looks fantastic.

I hate the minigame in combat. WOuld make sense once in a while for more damage, but it seems it's....automatic....for....every...single...fucking...enemy..???

Yeah the game need a demo to check how annoying the hacking is.

If kojima teached me something in the past years is that new gimmicks for the sake of being original don't always translate in good or fun gameplay.

I wouldn't say that. A combo would be the same every time and can be memorized.

Alright, two combos. Three combos. A quick time event. Whatever.

My point is some people see an interaction different than blasting and shut off their attention, while this is only a contextual QTE in a game with an interesting setting for once.

Handling even 3 enemies at one time will be wreck inducing, a dance of hacks, dodges and shooting. I am loving it, but it really does need a Demo.

The robot designer for PN03 still works at Capcom, with credits for Exoprimal and MH Wilds. Same for the composer.

I love everything about this except the kid... goddamnit. I love seeing games that take risks with changing up how typical action games are played and this reminds of something that Capcom would have made in the PS2 era.

I'm getting more sold on it, but I need options to at least shut her up.

EDIT: And oh yes this was giving me P.N.03 vibes as well, great fucking game.
