Age of Discovery it's called -

- Ensemble Studios will release four parts: Age of Empires, Age of Kings, Age of Discovery, and the last one has no name yet.
- Age of Discovery (Bruce Shelley's favourite period of history) will cover the epoch from 1492 to 1918 when World War 1 ended, letting players build wooden boats up to mighty battleships.
- there might be a brand new 3d engine for Age of Discovery
- the last part, which will be released in 2003 will cover the epoch from the end of WW1 to the near future, including all the WW2 units.

The official name will be "Age of Empires 3 : The Age of Discovery" (no shit ).
Built upon a new engine with PS 3.0 en VS 3.0 and Havoc (yes, that's right) fysics engine. Dynamic destruction of buildings.

It'll include at least the French, Spanish, British, Dutch (yeah ) and Swiss.

4 ages: Discovery, Colony, Industry, Imperial (hmm, well, it is Age of EMPIRES ).

No drop off points. All resources (3) go directly to your stockpiles. All civs have the same units, but with little differences (like AoK).

Aside from Warcraft, Starcraft, the AOE series are the ones that I truely love playing on the PC. Can't wait till this one comes out!
