Being an Aggie that camped out in front of Kyle Field for 4 nights and witnessing the event first hand, it was pretty amusing, and quite absurd at the same time.
I'm actually a friend of the main guy in the video, and camped out with him. I barely missed making the video, seeing as I'm right next to one of the guys at the edge of the screen.
Seriously though, camping out was one of the funnest experiences in my life. What a great time.
Also, for those people who are not around Aggy.. listen to their little song at the end of that video.. have you ever seen so much cock envy? Their ENTIRE song is somehow related to UT.
I'll agree with you a little bit on that. However the ACTUAL War Hymn is 2 verses. We just happen to sing the second one which is about t.u. Not quite clear why we chose the second one. Probably because back in the day the rivalry was much bigger between the schools. Not in the sense that it has gotten smaller today, but because it was pretty much all the two schools had.
It could be worse though. We could say Boomer Sooner 20 times.
Still I'd gladly take our "little song" over yours. Seeing Kyle Field saw Varsity's horns off is quite incredible.
