Airbrush help

Hey folks, I've started painting minis again and I can get my hands on a paasche d3000r compressor with a tg-3f airbrush, including thinners, primers, some Vallejo and Tamiya paints, cleaning pot and some tools for 300$ Canadian. The guy barely used it, he bought it for car models but gave up

Is this a decent starting set? I've never touched an airbrush so far. But I'm thinking I'd like to use this to prime and base color my minis

What do you think? Good move?

The compressor is like $150 and the airbrush is around $100 USD, I guess it is worth it just for the price, rather it is a good deal or not depending on how many thinners/primers and paints there are, paints are usually ~$3 to ~$4 a bottle, primer cost more, so you can calculate it easily. As long as the airbrush needle tip isn't bended and the compressor works, it doesn't look that bad.

Keep in mind that unless it is already included, you will also need a spraying booth and respirator with OV/P100 60921 filters.

Latter isn't necessarily a requirement. If you have good ventilation and a mask to wear, that's sufficient. At least if you have a seperate hobby room that ypu can air out afterwards.

He's already banned? Damn, life comes at you quick on the GAF.
And I thought I was a right arse on here.

Odd how you can go from asking an innocuous question about miniature painting to doing something to get banned so quickly. Ah well.
