My wife picked up Alex Ross: Mythology and Justice League of America: Liberty or Justice over-sized books for me... I gave her a website to order them and this X-Mas they were hiding in one the boxes I opened.

I love the way Alex Ross draws/paints DC characters. I read JLA: Liberty and Justice. It is a pretty good story and I love the drawings, he is awesome.

What is funny, IF YOU LIVE IN CHICAGO, Alex Ross used the Son of Svengoolie in two of the drawings. Rich Koz is a local news guy who does a slapstick hosting of old black/white horror movies... he is in two captions in the JLA: Liberty or Justice.

I read the forward and Alex Ross thanks a number of people and Rich Koz is one of them... funny... he uses real people in his drawings, really cool!

I am not into comics by any means... I own Kingdom Come with Alex Ross paintings/drawings and that is about it... I bought a few 10-12 years ago with Star Trek and Marvel/DC cross-over... that is about it.

But I really enjoy Alex Ross stuff, it is sort of type of drawing I wish I could do...

great artist. i remember his dad serving as the model for the older gent in Kingdom Come. uncanny too.
