absolutely not. I spent like 10 minutes talking to it and it is obviously fake. That or it sounds like a person who pretends to be stupid using another identity. Either way, I wouldn't tolerate it for long and just block them.

I remember doing this with Buromi-san (or something like that). Only difference was it started out nice (and you could enter in his first line, which helped to convince friends he was real), and gradually descend into cursing the other person out. Much fun was to be had.
