Well, it's not perfect, but if you've got a Playstation to Gamecube controller adapter, you can use Logitech's fantastic Action Cordless on the the cube.

The biggest problem i found with using this set-up are the analog sticks on the Action Cordless. You have to push the stick slightly further to get yer character moving (atleast from what i've tried in RE4).

Otherwise, it's a great alternative to the Bird and also has vibration in its wireless glory!

I have always wondered that myself, but I don't think it's possible to use wavebird on the PC...

Yep, this is what I do if I'm desperate for a second wireless controller. It's a shame that it doesn't support rumble either (it supports it on the PS2 of course, but not through the GC adapter).

It also works great on my PC-PS2 adapter, so for a little while I was playing emulated games on my PC, output to my TV in the next room, with a wireless controller.

The Logitech Action controller is awesome.

The ps2 logitech controller does not work with the xbox through an adaptor, for anybody that wanted to know.

A real shame since there isn't a wireless controller on the Box comparable to the Wave Bird or Action Cordless on Cube & PS2.

It's a shame that it doesn't support rumble either (it supports it on the PS2 of course, but not through the GC adapter).

I'll check again to see if i get rumble out of my Action Cordless on Cube. It's true what they say, the vibration feature feels kinda transparent nowadays.

Wavebird to PC does not work with any currently available adapters unfortunately.

Any experiences with the 3in1 Magic Joy Box? It's PS2/GC/Xbox to PC, just what I need. It's cheap so I might just try even if I have no idea if it works properly.

I might have to look into that too, Sander. As for finding an 'alternative' to the Wavebird... why? Is it just that you prefer Sony's layout?

Does anyone think I'd be able to use a Gamecube controller with an N64 by getting a PS2-Gamecube adaptor and plugging it into an N64-PSX adaptor? Not a chance? I'd like to use the N64 again from time to time but I'm so sick of the crappy analog sticks that wear out.

Has anyone here ever used the AirFlow Wireless controller for GameCube? It seems pretty nice, it has the SNES button layout rather than the normal Cube layout.
