Had to Google it. People go that far to cheat. They pay real money to cheat in optional entertainment. I really don't understand it.

You can't play the game, get a red vac ban sign on your account and your Steam inventory for the game is trade banned. So if you have valuable knives and stuff, that's gone.
The trade ban is the juiciest part. Some banned accounts had 100's of thousands (or more!) worth of inventory.
