8, and then you can choose to do the second loop, which is a little harder.Mashing said:How many levels does this game have? I got to stage 6 clear before I had to leave work.

Powered up purple chain lightning + powered up homing missiles = pwn.
You haven't played N?

It's Raiden I - one of the ports that's been made redundant by Project.Mejilan said:Is Raiden Trad for the SNES and Genny related to this series? What game is it?
Yep, they managed to get very close to the original mechanics with X. The real Raiden games are a lot harder, though.Mejilan said:Thanks again, Jiji. Raiden Project it is. Are the powerups similar?
This game is insultingly easy.....and I'm not even one of those people that's a shooter-maniac. I made it through stage 4 or 5 without dying and just got too bored to continue. I guess Flash isn't powerful enough (or the programmer isn't good enough) to pump out anything really fast and furious.
There is a hard mode but you still won't start consistantly dying till level 6 or so.border said:This game is insultingly easy.....and I'm not even one of those people that's a shooter-maniac. Raptor rocked, I had just a demo of it though.mosaic said:Raptor for the PC was a nice Raiden-alike also... I fondly remember playing the hell out of it when Mountain King released it on their compilation disc.
You can use adblock in firefox to get the URL for the .swf file and then use a download manager to grab the file...then you can play it offline in a browser.Fularu said:Is there a way to save those flash games to the disk drive?
Considering N (see above) is probably the most technically-impressive Flash game I'm aware of... so yeah.border said:I guess Flash isn't powerful enough (or the programmer isn't good enough) to pump out anything really fast and furious.
If you have the standalone Flash Player, I'd use that for offline; it should run noticeably faster.rusty said:You can use adblock in firefox to get the URL for the .swf file and then use a download manager to grab the file...then you can play it offline in a browser.
