Amerzone: The Explorer’s Legacy remake announced for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC

Publisher Microids and developer Microids Studio Paris have announced Amerzone: The Explorer’s Legacy, a remake of the 2001-released adventure game by Benoit Sokal. It will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC in 2024.

They narrowed down the release window to October according to Gematsu:
The remake of Benoit Sokal’s 1999-released adventure game Amerzone: The Explorer’s Legacy will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam in October, publisher Microids and developer Microids Studio Paris announced.

In Amerzone: The Explorer's Legacy, play as an intrepid journalist whose adventure begins in a mysterious lighthouse. Your mission? Find the egg of the white bird and bring it back to Amerzone aboard the incredible hydrafloat.

Forgot to say that the game will also receive a physical release at retail for both PS5 and XSX.

I really wanted to play Amerzone after playing Syberia.

And they after some years I finally played it.

And it was meh...
Definitely not on the level of Syberia.
I was totally disappointed.
But that's like my opinion, man.
