Yeah makes no sense that these retail exclusives will only have an initial shipment. Seems that Lucario is gone from tru.com as well. WTF???
I just got an email from Best Buy.ca stating that my order for Meta Knight is awaiting the release date of Feb 28th.
I hope Nintendo has seriously reconsidered exclusive amiibos for the next wave. I don't think I can do all this dicking around again for another wave.

Yeah me too, its really BS, and even more BS is that they limited those exclusives to only an initial shipment. I would have thought being that they were exclusive to one chain, there would at least be one more shipment, since they wouldn't be anywhere else.
Though for some reason, I have a sneaking suspicion that the retail exclusives will still be restocked at Nintendo World store sometime in the future.

Double checking, there wouldn't happen to be any ammibros or amigals in Michigan who live anywhere near Midland? Brickseek says their Target still has Rosalina but it's way too far for me to drive.

I think to save a lot of people time and stress, importing Meta Knight may be the best bet. I do not trust Best Buy at all.
Lucario has been off of tru.com for a good while now.

Yeah I have my son's Meta Knight with BB as well. At this stage, dealing with BB, it's not a give until it's in our home.
So what of wave 3 is actually out in physical stores? Im in Seattle and picked up a Bowser at a Fred Meyer last night, but I didnt see any other wave 3 amiibos.
I really just want Toon Link, Mega Man and possibly Ike...what are my chances I can just grab them casually if I go to stores a few times a week? I dont really want to go hunting for these everyday.

My BB experience with amiibo is about on par with Walmart's. As shady as TRU is with preorder cancellations, they are the best bet to find the figures still.
