He's rare alright, I've been searching everywhere for him since December ever since ToysRus canceled my order for him three times. Yet he's not the most expensive out of wave 2...? Which is weird, I can't find him anywhere so I suspect there was a large amount of stock and most people got him so scalpers had to lower the price to get rid of him because demand wasn't high.

Well that's my assumption.
