My Shulk should be here on Wesnesday! Glad I preordered the first chance I could, think it was a few months ago.
Errrr somebody just posted this on another forum I frequent, it's a (translated from Dutch) reply to a customer service ticket about his Marth amiibo order from zavvi:

.That seems to be asking too much of GAME.
I'm guessing a few goods you can buy in Amazon as well as Kindles and gift cards. Not to mention the possibility of having your items delivered to a store as opposed to your home address.

I wouldn't be surprised if they either did a bundle with the Super Mario version of Yoshi, or some place like TRU does a pre-order bonus of a free Yoshi amiibo like they did with Kirby & Rainbow Curse..

that made me think of Iwata/Amiibo comic where they burnt Amiibo.
One reason why I stopped buying as best as possible from them. Glad most Nintendo pre-order exclusives are also offered from Nintendo UK's own store now so I haven't had to bother with them for some time now.

The GameStop I work at is expecting its Sheiks and Toon Links in the next day or two, but unfortunately we're only getting shipped enough to cover preorders. 
Plan on lining up a few hours early at Best Buy on the 20th for the hope of a Meta Knight, so hopefully I can still get a Sheik to replace the one that goHastings cancelled on me. Have Ike and Wii Fit trainer on the way from Amazon UK, but after playing him more and more the last few days, I've decided that I DO want a Lucario. Any leads on where to get one at non-scalper pricers?

Oh right, so was talking to my friend yesterday & no surprise, he wasn't fond of how Nintendo was handling amiibo (he only got Link & Zelda cuz he's a LoZ fan) & from what it sounded like, our Meijer got some of the other Wave 3 characters but he asked the employee & they said they were sold out in about 10 minutes & had no idea when they'd get more.

Shulk's amiibo use on Xenoblade 3DS is literally just tokens to unlock the bestiary and OST anyway.

I managed to got all sections to level 5 but I didn't 100% it mainly because of final defense quest had level 99 boss, Dragonia.
Fuck so Megaman is releasing on the 13th now? Is this every retailer or will some be releasing on the 20th? I was dumb and didn't preorder because I didn't realize how crazy the supply constraints were. Where do you think is my best bet to pick up a Megaman on release day? I'm in Seattle, I know they have a store at Nintendo HQ but I doubt I'd be able to go there and get one but I'm willing to try it.
Best Buy probably won't be getting any for stock. We had a notice out by the amiibos saying we would only get them for preorders.

Yeah that's the only thing I didn't do in that quest, letting that for when I come back to defeat the

I dunno, but I just found out via r/amiibo that all 3 FYEs in AZ got Mega Man and Sonic in days ago, and were all cleared out by one person... Soooo...

Well, there are few reports (I'm not sure if they came from same source or not) claimed that Metaknight's release date is Feb 20. The release date might be subject to be change anytime soon.
I should have been more specific in saying Lucario is an easy import.
Yay, I can expect Toon Link sometime next week as well as my MM LE. C'mon Amazon pull through for my Sheik too. Shulk also coming in Friday

Meta Knight might not be coming to Nintendo World for a while. I was talking to one of the employees who told me Best Buy has MK locked up tight, unlike the other "exclusives". He said they probably wouldn't get it or be able to sell it until weeks after Best Buy

Could do it on a board (use excel) and have all dates in Feb and March available. The winning date would be when either BB, Amazon, or Gamestop start taking NA Wave 4 orders live. Everyone gets one guess and you cant take a date that someone else has. It can be on a shared doc or something. Maybe we could do a Amiibo giveaway or something to make it fun. Would this be of interest? I could do it through PMs and occasionally post the updated board that way it does not spam the thread. Just thought it might be fun since there is not much going on. The guessing game could be fun, but then I remember the convoluted schedule for Wave 3 & how each retailer and amiibo is different. Did Nintendo even give us actual dates for Wave 3, now that I think about it? Their amiibo site just says "Feb." for Wave 3 while Waves 1 & 2 had actual dates.

Because making exclusive deals with retails around the US takes time so they prefer to just add the vague "Spring 2015" release date.
