If anything he may come back online, but he was up online for a while when they put him up and they opened it back up.

They did this with the Majora's mask 3ds xl and the LE and the FF Type-0 HD LE, never went for preorder again, eventually the site updated from Coming Soon to Out of Stock.
All things I wanted to preorder from BB, but I wound up preordering elsewhere.
Wave 4 IS going to be nuts. I've been seeing a lot of people sell their amiibo collection because of how bad it is. I'm preparing to jump that ship. There is a lot of want for wave 4, and I'm sure it's going to be just as bad if not worse than the previous waves now that more and more scalpers are jumping on board.
I'm going to be one of those people who sells a complete sealed NA set of wave 1-3 because I'm just not willing to put in that time and stress for wave 4 and beyond.
I'm a completionist and a cheap butt... So if I can't have the full set for what I want to pay, I will give up and get rid of it so I don't have to see an incomplete set.
Because you don't outright lie to customers like that? If he'd say "Nah man. We got some, but they're all preordered" I would've been like "Okay, sweet, thanks anyway". But to lie and then not even wait before just handing one out? That's kinda messed up. You never straight up lie to customers like that.

Yes 48hrs unless the order is fully paid off, which is what I did for my Shulk, just incase I couldn't get to the store.

Somehow got one and have an order confirmation. I know that might not mean anything in the long run but woohoo!!
So I got in touch with Amazon.fr customer support - used the Google Translate trick and was told I need to wait until the 13th of Feb. and then contact them again. Would normally be upset, but the rep was a champ and treated me awesome, even with our language barrier. Gotta tip my hat to Amazon, no matter the region they have always done right by me.
