The 'you should open your Amiibo' brigade will like this, but Amazon shipped my Sonic to me in a huge box with a ton of bubble packs to keep it nice and safe... too bad they bent him in half and shoved him in the package the short way:
I complained and was told they would give me 20% off, so I complained more about how it was not something I could simply reorder, and they refunded me and told me to order a new one because they will be "plentiful" when the next shipment arrives. I am not ordering Peach, I doubt Sonic will be plentiful.
That's why you order multiples.

Well, that's good to know. My Sonic arrived in the same condition from Amazon. It's so weird because I ordered others from there that arrived perfectly fine.

Keep in mind they probably only ordered enough to fulfill pre-orders so if you didn't pre-order then you might be SOL during it's launch.

I picked up my shulk earlier today and they had a strange workaround for wave 4 preorders. They were keeping a physical log of names and phone numbers while putting money down towards Mario party 10. They'll give folks a call when they go live for real and transfer the money from Mario party. I jumped on all 6.

back when captian falcon was released my mom brought me mines like that(i had it ship to her job since packages get stolen where i live) and i thought it was that she bent it but now that i see this i guess it was just amazon. i didn't mind tho since i rip them shits open.
I preordered forever ago, but my store is awful about calling when preorders come in.
But those are all the rare ones... ? (except Villager)

This has been one hell of a
week. Shulk arrived on Tuesday, Megaman arrived today, Ike arrives Saturday. Majora's Mask LE shipped along with the n3DS Majora's Mask edition. Best Buy will ship my Sonic, Dedede and Meta Knight soon. I'm happily exhausted.

I'm thinking about trading amiibos for new release games.
It reminds me so much of when I was into the Pokemon TCG. At one point I had three copies of the same $70 card, just so I could get whatever I may need. Also had nine copies of a $15 card... Between the two cards, no trade wasn't possible!
Well, I didn't ask for a refund, I just wanted a different one and he claimed they are getting more. He refunded me rather than place a new order, but i won't complain.
