Checker's in the midwest is Rally's!

On the west coast, Hardee's is Karl's Jr. They make a roast beef sandwich smothered with a brown sauce and onions.

They call it the Hot Karl.

How I wish that was true, but its Carls Jrs and there is no roast beef sammich named Hot Carl.

Perhaps not now, they must have caught it. I was in Vegas a year ago and they were promoting hot carl's like it was nobody's business.

True Story:

I drove through the Karl's Jr.... drive thru and order a hot karl.

Window Girl: Welcome to Karl's Jr, what can I get for you.
Me: I'd love a Hot Karl.
Window Girl: (punching numbers) Okay, sir, anything else?
Me: Are you kidding? One is plenty!
Window Girl: Okay, it's going to be (price), please pull around.

When I pulled around to the second window, I rolled down my window, leaned my head out of it, and opened my mouth really wide. She didn't seem to get it and we completed the transaction.
