Ah, I'm not - I live in San Fran.

If you're in the UK, the content is bundled in with the first edition copies of the game. If you're in the US, you get the bonus content by pre-ordering at Gamestop.

That said, anyone in the US will eventually be able to get all the DLC content, so even if you forgot to pre-order, you'll be able to get your hands on it later.

360 online doesn't seem to work...I just get a variety of errors every time I try. Network error, lobby closed, matchmaking failed, can't find a match, battle royales with 4 people that never get anywhere etc. Seems like nobody is doing Survival because it can't find that when I search for it specifically. I did get one single Dogfight match going and I easily got first place somehow.

there have been a few reports of people able to redeem it on ps3, but its been pretty widespread. Ruby contacted sony and they said they would refresh the codes so he told us to try in a couple hours and if all else fails 24 hours from now.

Thats about where it stands now as far as I know.

Sounds about right. I guess I lucked out in activating the code. FWIW, I activated it on the Vita, but I doubt that has anything to do with it.
