Nagi no Asukara is amazing ....great story, setting, character development, and that music which is personally one of the best out thereWatching Nagi no Asu Kara (A Lull in the Sea) right now. Came in with low expectation but wow this anime is extremely good in all departments. Great animation, great music and very interesting and emotional story. Reminds me a lot of Clannad where the only gripe I have with both is the supernatural part.
Surprised this hardly gets talked about (it's certainly not underrated considering it has a MAL rating of 8.15).
OkWhy not the anime community thread? I see you already post in there.
Oh jesus I'm going to hate this character, aren't I?Rachel did nothing wrong.
Only if you hate women that did nothing wrong.Oh jesus I'm going to hate this character, aren't I?
Making a text bold does not make it affirmative.Rachel did nothing wrong.
Just finished rewatching Golden Boy, this show still cracks me up.
It's a classic. Watched that show as a kid and yeah, it did things to me. xD
Jello physics?I miss this kind of artstyle.
Are you fucking retarded? Then yes.Uh...should I watch Sword Art Online?
It's braindead garbage for zoomers that never watched an anime before. Same with Black Clover.Damn... I just kinda wanna know why so many people are watching it.... Oh well. Would rather not subject myself to the pain.
Watch Log Horizon instead, you will never regret your decision. Accel World(by the same author) is also good. I have read the SAO light novel upto volume 15 and so I considerably hate it way more than your average SAO hater. Seriously, watch Accel World(the anime is just a prologue) and read the light novel(english publication by Yen Press).Uh...should I watch Sword Art Online? Its rating on MAL is conspicuously low despite the immense amount of people that have watched it.
And for something much more obscure, is Towa no Quon worth watching? Watched a trailer, but it seems kinda simple.

You either go the Log Horizon route of making it look like an actual trapped in a MMO story or go the Accel World route of making it really ridiculous and not call it a MMO.
I meant the inside a game part. Log Horizon is also a really good isekai. It's not necessarily the Isekai aspect that I was interested in. Just that it's so insanely popular which usually should mean it has some sort of draw to it.
I've got Re:Zero and Konosuba for my top tier Isekai needs. Would be nice to get more Grimgar too.
You just asked the same thing twice. SIMP SWAG FIREAre you fucking retarded? Then yes.
Are you a zoomer? Then yes.
Lol I was actually thinking that as I typed it.You just asked the same thing twice. SIMP SWAG FIRE
The draw is really just the trapped in a game bit. It has high enough production values, cute girls, wish fullfilment protagonist, etc and reached that sort of critical mass where everybody has heard of it.It's not necessarily the Isekai aspect that I was interested in. Just that it's so insanely popular which usually should mean it has some sort of draw to it.

Did you expect the time skip? Also I like the OP2 song a lot.Watching Nagi no Asu Kara (A Lull in the Sea) right now. you mean the author's background in the "adult entertainment" ?Should somebody tell him about Soma...
Actually the illustrator is a hentai artist, not the author.you mean the author's background in the "adult entertainment" ?
