Seems like Disney is just hoping to pull a Dreamworks and start churning out successful CG films...Disney will benefit, though, once Iger steps in and Pixar returns to the fold. They'll only have to make one of them themselves, and should be able to compete in volume, and use Pixar to trump in quality.

I saw the trailer for this in theaters. I gotta ask, what's up with the low polygon count? The round shaped and that aren't all that round.

They pass it off with the excuse "we weren't going for a realistic look".

No longer boycotting the Wolfenstein franchise
Disney did not make this, they're merely distributing it in the US.

Looks absolutely fine to me. Cutesy, talking animals are definitely played out, though.

I'll say, bring on the talking cars!

(Seriously, I can't friggin' wait for Cars. I am Pixar's bitch!)

This actually looks better than Cars to me, looks like it has a nice sense of humor to it. The Cars teaser is pretty lame I have to say, not even one eyebrow-cocking gag in it... Could it be Pixar's first disappointing effort?

Nah, it's John Lassenter. The worst decision he's ever made is not putting one of those gags in the teaser. He just makes great decisions with everything he does. That man's one of my heroes, along with Brad Bird.

No way dude, it's Lasseter. Toy Story and Toy Story 2, y'know? And cars are said to be his only passion that rivals toys. There's no doubt in my mind that Cars will rock my pants off.

Besides, I thought the trailer was cool. The bit with the pit-crew forklifts giving each other high-fives had me in stitches when I first noticed it. And I liked Larry's "I wud drive my tires over finfteeeen miles of broken glass ta' see that pit'cher!" line. And the way he spits when he says "pit'cher." :lol
