Photos of a San Antonio-area substitute teacher and a man having sex -- have gotten her fired.
The photos were on the woman's cell phone. Some students in a health class who viewed the camera phone pictures, including at least one where the teacher was nude, reported her to administrators.

The Judson Independent School District say the substitute had been working at Judson High School for about one month when the incident happened.

The 28-year-old teacher, whose name wasn't released, was fired February 15th.

Judson spokesman Scott Hoffman says the photos were inappropriate and pornographic.



Now I wonder if the students happen to just pick up her phone and start snooping around when she was out of the room, will she have a chance at a wrongful dismissal suit?

Law in the country has always been fucked up, and it never ceases to suprise me with its stupidity.

It's not like she came to school with photos for show and tell. She had used her phone for something personal, but also needs it for basic phone uses. The students invaded her privacy, even if she shouldn't have brought it. This is almost as bad as if students ran up to a teacher took off her clothes and saw pornographic images. Oh noes, better fire her for having breasts!

You might as well as ban the internet from schools too, because there's always a way to get around school blocks to get to porn, and kids tend to be more tech savy than their teachers.

But then again this isn't suprising coming from Texas. The same state that's changed text books in favor of Christian "values".
