When gets too much I just format which is usually 3 times a year, even with search and destroy but my brothers pc, dear god. Im going over there in few hours to format. I rather not have to repeat this measure monthly(I just comeback with too much dog hair on me, haha).

Norton and usual stuff dont seem work, so anything really good out there that stops this spyware, popups, changing homepage garbage I can recommend for them?

have some measures to help prevent spyware.. but you will still get some if you arent careful.
