any plans for a DOAX update on Xbox360?

Itagaki mentioned he was interested in doing a sequel, but it might not necessarily be "about" Volleyball the next time.

... I think.

I think it'll be a tennis game.. (makes sense in a way, if you know what I mean)

They'll do it.
If only for the photo-realistic wank fantasy publicity.
They're going to show shitloads at E3. It's a fairly safe bet this will be one.

Itakagi said multiple times that NG2/DAOX2/DOACC would depend on all the work done on DOA4. I really doubt we'll see anything more than DOA4 at E3 from Team Ninja, everyone there must be hard at work on DOA4 to finish it on time for launch.

Yeah, this is what I expect from them. They will definitely focus on DOA4 to make it THE FIGHTING GAME to own and blow people away.

If we're lucky, very lucky, we might get a teaser for Ninja Gaiden 2.

I just hope the first DOAX sold enough to warrant a sequel.

It's done around 500k to date in the US and almost 100k or so in Japan IIRC...no idea what it did in Europe. I'm sure Tecmo is happy with those kinds of sales for a sports title. Especially a sport like volleyball which doesn't really burn up the software sales charts.
