Yeah, I'm a Nike collecting fiend - I'm not particularly interested in trading or anything though, I don't really go for the rare stuff but I do try and pick up a new pair of Air Max or Tailwinds at least once a month.

Shoes I've bought recently are the Shimizu Dunk SBs...as a huge Macross/Robotech fan I love the color scheme of this pair =)

I'm looking forward to the black/red Jordan 13s coming out near XMas.

Niketalk.com is a good source for sneaker info (when you get past all the kids, the people gloating and fronting about their 1337 collections, and every other person saying 'copped' and 'fiyah!' =P)

Thanks for the post Xenon, except this really has nothing to do with the fact that they are Nikes. They can be made by any brand, it's just the fact that Nike makes the most rare shoes, therefore, making them the most collectable.

And I know about Niketalk.com, but I've heard a few stories about shady people on it.

As for a more 'rarer' shoe, I bought a pair of lasered Kobe Huarache 2K4s for a buddy of mine (wasn't in my size, but my friend could fit in it so I bought it for him instead and he paid me back).

The main reason i'm trying to see if anyone is into it, is that Nike Alohas just came out, and only 35 stores in all of the U.S. will have any. I got one pair, but I'm looking for more.

Just recently picked up a pair of supreme lows.

But yeah Niketalk.com is full of morons but they do post good info on the board and the BUY/SELL area is a great place to find some kicks.
