Do you think there are any police departments in the U.S. these days without body cams ?

Each state has its own laws, but if a department can afford body cams, it's in their own best interests to get them. The initial push for body cams was to expose how corrupt, racist, and brutal the police were, then the cameras pointed out almost the polar opposite.

We all know public service jobs are terrible, especially when you need to penalize someone for one reason or another. Not sure why people were surprised at this. At least we don't need any more seasons of COPS, because some of this stuff is far more entertaining
