I have a Chaintech 7NJL1.

It's the longest I have ever used one mobo (year and a half). The northbridge fan was sh!tty, began to fail... They sent me a new (better) one for free.

Great customer support.

I went for the DFI Lanparty UT 250GB since I found it at under $100, but hear good things about the 754 Chaintech.

Very true. 754 is on the way out, so 939 offers a much better upgrade path.

That motherboard is silly cheap. I dont think you could find a 939 board for near that price.

You can get a good Abit 939 board for just under a hundred (check pricewatch). Depends on your view of 'not much more,' I guess, and how future proof you want your board to be.
