Any Xbox 360 Can be hacked now in less than 60 seconds - Modern Vintage Gamer

Well nice I guess, but much to late.
I wouldn't start my old x360 these days, as it is much to load.
But maybe I find a 3d print for a new case where you can add a much better cooling solution. Than this might be worth it.

It works so goddamn well + has ton of options for emulators as well with this.
I tried it on old early xbox model i had, just easy to set up and games work no bother(need to convert them on pc, but it takes no time).
Genuienly made me to seek out used E slim model to buy, since my current sounds like jet engine.
is doable on a mac ?

Doing anything like this, like flashing the DVD drive back in the day, meant an instant console ban. Have they really changed this policy?

They shutdown store, so no more money making. Also this exploits beeen around for months. I dont think anyone has had issues. I mentioned before but it might be possible to catch live ban only if you try play games with modded achievements.

Would you say it's worth finding one on eBay?
customxboxes.com has them for sale already modded. He also does send-in for mod services as well if you already have a X360.
I've been following on FB where he generally posts when the mod is done as well as what else he does to the console. Generally cleaning, replacing thermal paste, etc. Does custom cases too.

Seems to be a generally good dude although I haven't gotten mine done yet. If this softmod somehow leads to a mod that boots directly into custom dashboards at some point, I might not need too. If/when I do it, I plan on replacing the standard HDD with a 2 TB SSD (I think that's the largest allowed).

There's a program on Aurora that prevents the console contacting the Xbox live servers so you don't accidently get your GT banned. It can be enabled/disabled too.
This tutorial walks you through the install process. Fairly easy to do it seems and has the files you need including the demo game that runs the exploit.

Finally the Xbox 360 has a Hypervisor exploit allowing you to run unsigned code without ever having to open your Xbox 360 for Xbox 360 mod chips or other physical Xbox 360 modifications..and now the Xbox 360 Hypervisor hack has been updated...bringing the run time down to under a minute and the consistency to near 100%

A quick Xbox 360 hack for all.

These are hardmodded, but more expensive. You can pick up from ebay unmodded one for 50 bucks and run badupdate in 2min saving yourself big chunk of change

Apologize in advance if this was mentioned already, but is this still a softmod? (might be using the wrong term) Meaning, the exploit will need to be run again if the console is turned off?

Yes It Is GIF

It is the best. PS5 is good too.
Yeah, from what I've seen of the PS5, it does look slick. The current Xbox UI is, well....awful? Yeah, let's go with awful (and I'm an Xbox owner).

The original 360 UI was simply perfect. It was clean, colorful (in the right way) and quickly usable.

Xbox UI is awful. Looks dated by 8 years.
