Anybody use LimeWire?

Actually, I just installed it last night. Several years ago I tried using Limewire and thought it sucked, but I figured I'd give it another shot. While I can't give you a detailed impression yet, I found that many of the files I tried downloading were always looking for more sources or were transferring extremely slowly.

I used it a while back. comes with a lot of spyware from memory. I did get the few songs I was after though.

That sums it up pretty well. That happens quite often with older less recent files, however newer, more popular files tend to have more sources and as a result, download fairly fast.

The newest version claims to have no spyware. (I don't know if that is actually the case though)

Limewire is the first file sharing program I have used, and overall it seems ok. It seems short on content though is some cases, although I have nothing to compare it to. If someone knows of a better sharing program, with more content, no spy/adware, more sources, etc., then I would definately like to try it.
