Sloan fucking rules and they prove it with their singles album, A Sides Win. One of THE best Canadian bands ever. I'm not even sure if you guys in the states can get the album, but do whatever it takes to get it. It's great.

My absolute favourites would have to be 'If It Feels Good Do It' and the classic 'Money City Maniacs'. HAWT STUFF! Not as hawt as the sexy Revolution unveiling next week, but STILL... wow. Great stuff.

I would choose Moist or old Our lady peace over this crap anyday.

Old I mother earth was decent ...Knickle back was only semi decent in their first album.


Moist is definately my fav canadian band of all time i wish they would get back together and David usher would stop writing that queer pop stuff he does now.


I am also just now beginning to listen to MAthew Good band. They are pretty good so far.

Scenery And Fish and Dig were great I Mother Earth records

I'll always defend Nicklebacks "The State"

Moist was a rad rad band too. Silver was one of my most listened to records back in the day.

Sloan was great tonight though. They played such a great set.

The opening band, a pop punk outfit called Magneta Lane was all right. I was eyeballing the lead singe, which effectively pissed off my girlfriend.

She can eyeball Sloan though, I'm much better looking than those uggos.
