I always enjoy getting error messages that are misspelled (compile/runtime errors). It's a sign I'm doing something special / interesting.

Er, it's not misspelled. It's just vague.

I've never gotten that. I have had VS crash many many times though. I wonder if it's something in VisualAssist.

Or not. Here's a way to get it: click two files in the solution explorer, press ctrl-c and then ctrl-v and then ok on the message box.

I wasn't talking about this error. It was just a general comment about error messages. This is a development environment error anyway (not compile / runtime).

I closed mine out before accidentally, and I don't remember which ones were down there other than Output.

You can always go to Tools..Options..General.. and click Reset Window Layout. It's a big button near the top of the dialog.
