I won the belt with Kurt Angle and it's still Cena's belt. I don't know if the regular belt is unlockable.

When you unlock the WWE Championship in Exhibition Title Match by beating season mode, after you win it you can choose which belt you want. So they're both in there and you get to pick the one you want.
