Looks like one of those RPG-Maker games that goes semi viral from time to time. It does seem like they've put in a lot of effort so it might break out of the somewhat boring/predictable mold of the engine.

I am not. It is a porn game that came out some years ago in Japan. Steam version probably has adult content removed though, with the user having to download a patch to put it back in outside Steam (common practice).

RPG maker just refers to the engine, you don't have to create stuff. The game could be fun even without the adult stuff though. Check out some youtube vids like that other guy said.
