well, it would be "yahveh" since there's no w sound in Hebrew.

when reading it, you don't actually read it as "yahveh," though, but "Adonai."

ok, wait... I feel like I must intervene. I know hebrew, Im not fluent... but I'm decent. Yes it is the jewish word for god, but no one knows how it is to be pronounced, since it has no vowels... it is also customary to not say it at all, instead we say adonai.

This debate has been going on for thousands of years, so dont take the "yahweh" pronunciation as truth

yah, but the christians like to pronounce it yahweh or yahwveh.. i thought thats what he was asking. hey.. isnt it even in Indiana Jones!?
